I found the staff friendly and helpful . The breakfast choices were quite good, especially the fresh pastries. The hotel's proximity to transport links made it easy to explore the city. Photos accurately represent rooms and facilities.
I noticed that the air conditioning got very cold. It was difficult to raise the temperature in the room. This made the room less comfortable than it could have been.

the breakfast offered a lot of variety, including dishes cooked to order. the hotel had a bar. i found the staff helpful and many spoke spanish.
the shower design allowed water to spread easily throughout the bathroom, that i didnt like.

the room's air conditioning had a limited temperature range it was difficult to adjust to a comfortable level the lack of available toiletries also presented an inconvenience i did expect these items to be standard.

the location was really convenient. the underground station was nearby. breakfast was quite good and offered a nice variety. i especially liked the dining room because there was very good space between the tables.
my room had ants. the fridge did not work for the three nights i was there. i spoke with staff twice about it, but nothing happened. front desk wasn't overly helpful. but the location is still nice.
